Billing & Plans
Accessing the billing portal
OrgCanvas uses Stripe for billing. To manage your subscription:
- Sign in to app.orgcanvas.app
- Go to your account settings
- Click Manage Subscription or Billing Portal
- You'll be redirected to the Stripe billing portal
From the billing portal, you can update your payment method, download invoices, and cancel your subscription.
Canceling your subscription
If you're on the yearly plan ($49/year), you can cancel at any time through the billing portal. When you cancel:
- You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- Your charts and data are not deleted
- After your Pro access expires, your account reverts to the Free plan
- If you have more than 25 people or more than 1 canvas, your existing data is preserved but you won't be able to add more until you're within the Free limits
Lifetime plan: If you purchased the $99 lifetime plan, there's nothing to cancel — you own Pro access permanently. No recurring charges.
Switching between yearly and lifetime
If you're on the yearly plan and want to switch to lifetime:
- Cancel your yearly subscription
- Wait for the current period to end (or contact us for a prorated switch)
- Purchase the lifetime plan

Updating payment method
To update your credit card or payment method, visit the billing portal (steps above) and click Update Payment Method.
Invoices and receipts
All invoices and receipts are available in the Stripe billing portal. You can download them as PDFs for your records or expense reporting.
