Getting recommendations

1. Open the AI Org Advisor panel from the right-side toolbar
2. The advisor scans your entire chart structure
3. Review the generated insights and recommendations

What the advisor looks for

• Structural imbalances — Teams that are significantly larger or smaller than peers
• Deep hierarchies — Reporting chains that may have too many layers
• Wide spans — Managers with unusually high direct report counts
• Organizational patterns — Common anti-patterns like bottleneck managers or isolated teams

Acting on insights

Each recommendation is specific to your chart. Use them as a starting point for restructuring conversations, not as a mandate. The advisor provides context on why each suggestion is being made.
