Custom branding

Add your company's visual identity to your org charts. Business plan users can customize:

Company logo — Upload your logo to appear on the chart and in exports
Brand colors — Set primary and accent colors that apply to chart elements
Export watermark — Your logo replaces the OrgCanvas watermark in PNG and PDF exports

Setting up branding

Go to your workspace settings
Find the Branding section
Upload your logo and configure your brand colors
Changes apply to all charts in the workspace

Public org page

Publish an interactive org chart as a public page that anyone can view without signing in. Useful for company directories, investor presentations, and onboarding materials.

Publishing a public page

Open the canvas you want to publish
Click Share in the toolbar
Toggle Public Org Page on
Copy the public URL to share with anyone

Tip: Public org pages are read-only. Viewers can browse the chart and search for people but cannot make edits.
